What floor plans are available at Bell Overlake?
We offer thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with select loft-style residences. Every home features an open-concept layout, quartz countertops, wood plank flooring, a washer and dryer, and designer finishes. Select floor plans also include private patios or balconies, loft-style exposed ductwork, and views of Mt. Rainier.
Are washers and dryers included in every apartment?
They are indeed. Every apartment home at Bell Overlake includes a full-size in-home washer and dryer.
Do your apartments have modern finishes?
Yes. Our homes are designed with contemporary finishes and feature quartz countertops, wood plank flooring, tiled kitchen backsplashes, designer color schemes, and open living spaces that create a bright, welcoming environment.

What amenities are available at Bell Overlake?
Living here, you’ll enjoy a fitness studio, a movement studio, the Mountain Lounge and Sky Deck, a Great Room with a tasting kitchen, outdoor gathering spaces with barbecue grills and a fire pit, a coffee and tea bar, bicycle storage, and a pet spa.
Does Bell Overlake have EV charging stations?
Yes. Our LEED-certified community offers electric vehicle charging stations. We also provide gated underground parking and controlled access for added convenience.

Yes. We’re home to a fully equipped fitness studio with free weights as well as a dedicated movement studio featuring Fitness On-Demand. You’ll also have direct access to the 520 Bike Trail.

Are Bell Overlake apartments pet-friendly?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome both cats and dogs, and our community includes an on-site pet spa to help keep your furry friends looking their very best.
Are there breed or weight restrictions for pets?
Our pet policy allows up to two pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 75 pounds. Certain dog breeds are restricted. Pet fees and monthly pet rent apply and may change, so we encourage you to contact our leasing office for the most current policy details.

How close is Bell Overlake to Microsoft?
Quite close. In fact, our community is adjacent to the Microsoft campus. We’re also conveniently located near other major employers, including Amazon, Google, and Meta, with quick access to State Route 520.
What shopping and dining are nearby?
You’ll be close to everyday conveniences and popular destinations like Overlake Village, Crossroads Bellevue, Bellevue Square, and Overlake Fashion Plaza. Nearby restaurants include Din Tai Fung, Matador, Farine Bakery & Café, and Tipsy Cow Burger Bar, giving you plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Is there any outdoor recreation nearby?

What school district is Bell Overlake in?
Bell Overlake is located within the current bounds of Bellevue School District.
What are your leasing office hours?
Our leasing office is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed on Sunday and Monday, but self-guided tours are available during those days if you pre-schedule.
